Common questions
Before you ask
How long does packing take?
A typical three-bedroom house takes two packers one day. We pack the day before the move so that moving day itself runs to time.
Can I pack some things myself?
Yes. Many customers pack clothes and books and leave the kitchen and fragile items to us. Boxes you pack yourself are covered by our insurance for transit damage but not for breakage inside the box, so we’ll always offer to pack the delicate rooms.
